Who Should Use Robert's Rules of Order?

It is estimated that 80% of the voluntary associations in this country have bylaws stating that their meetings shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, latest edition. If your bylaws say that your meetings are run by Robert’s Rules of Order, you should use Robert’s Rules.
